Our European headquarters is based in Amersfoort where we currently base 45 employees. Besides that, there are satellite offices in London and Berlin. Our global headquarters is based in Seattle. In contrast to many other skincare brands in Europe we sell our products primarily via multiple owned webshops based on Sales Force Commerce Cloud Platform. Therefore, we are an organization with a very strong eCommerce focus and drive. Business Developer (Full Time)

As Business Developer you are primarily responsible for maintaining and strengthening (inter) national partner relationships. The main activities are: coordination of commercial activities including marketing campaigns, coordinating different needs of the partners and communicating information about our products & updates. This to support the Business Development Manager to create a larger geographical expansion and achieve the targets in the EU.

The Business Developer is part of the Countries and Business Development team and reports to the Business Development manager. Within this position you are working on the cutting edge of marketing and sales.

What will you be doing:

  • Responsible for all communication and information to B2B partners -Distributor, resellers including monthly calls with partners and report this to the business development manager.
  • Search for new market opportunities, such as identifying and development of potential strategic partners to support geographical spread.
  • Assess and follow up on requests and inquiries of the different B2B partners
  • Assess and follow-up of requests from new partners, coordinating the day to day operations for the start-up of new partners.
  • Represents the partners to internal departments (Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing team) to achieve their results.
  • Attending internal Supply Chain meeting and responsible for monitoring actions from partners.
  • Responsible for collecting data, making reports and presentations about forecasts /performance as well as making analyses of the reports received.
  • Monitoring and coordination of B2B sales results and taking actions.
  • Act as liaison between partners and the Marketing Department for a consistent brand identity.
  • Manage Blogger from none core countries, assessing requests of bloggers and follow-up.

What will you bring:

  • Bachelor degree in for instance in marketing, sales or international business and language.
  • Experience within E-commerce and or Skincare.
  • Excellent knowledge from English and Dutch language in writing and speaking.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office tooling: Word, Powerpoint en Excel.
  • Self-confident and flexible team player who feels at home in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Motivated, proactive and independently.
  • Capable of keeping good overview in complex processes.
  • Analytic.

To further build our business we are looking for a:

Visual Design Lead (Full time)

Are you the visual designer who will push the boundaries to build a global skin care brand? You are the one who will find the most creative ways to work within our global guidelines. For Europe you will oversee all visual communications (website, landing pages, online marketing, social, retention, retail partners, marketplaces). The goal is to translate marketing and sales strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that appeal to targeted audiences and drive revenue. Hands-on mentality is needed as you are doing strategic and operational tasks. Within this role you are member of our Brand team and will report to our Brand Manager.

What are you going to do?

  • Develop visual material for campaigns and ongoing activities across marketing channels in line with communication strategy (websites /online advertising/social media/email and occasionally offline channels) with a mobile first approach.
  • Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns.
  • Create a great experience for our customers and identify the needs of users.
  • Generating clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the Content Lead.
  • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
  • Maintain global brand consistency throughout all our consumer touchpoints.
  • Work in close collaboration with the US and the different European stakeholders, finding the right balance between commercial targets, creative execution and local needs.
  • Act as an internal agency, delivering world-class service.
  • Develop and manage asset library using global creative and locally developed assets.
  • Assist social & content teams with input and design where needed.
  • Provide UX design input.
  • Collaborate on communication strategy & concept development.
  • Localize material to market needs where needed.
  • Take part in Scrum/Kanban teams.

What do you bring with you?

  • You need at least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar function, experience within the cosmetics and/or retail industries is a great advantage.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, and video editing/animation.
  • You have a graphics (multimedia) training on MBO/HBO level completed.
  • You are familiar with working within an Agile environment, experience with Scrum and/or Kanban is an advantage.
  • You have commercial insight and affinity and experience with online marketing within an e-commerce environment.
  • You are a team player and can perform under pressure.
  • You have a good command of the English language, Dutch is not a prerequisite but an advantage.
  • You have experience with photography or video production is a plus.

IT Manager

As eCommerce is running through our veins our IT landscape is in a constant change. As our all-round and hands-on IT Manager you make sure that we can all focus on bringing our customers the best possible experience, that we continuously innovate and improve, and leverage what our (global) IT landscape has to offer. You are the European counterpart for the Global IT team, and partner for all key stakeholders and external partners in Europe. You will work closely together to translate business needs into high level IT requirements. You embrace an agile way of working and facilitate product owners and scrum teams to deliver new business value. As IT Manager you will report directly to the Director Finance and Operations.

What will you do:

  • Responsible for the overall IT landscape: IT architecture, software selection and technical management of all applications and interfaces such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle - NetSuite, Middle ware, Fresh-desk, Bronto and Office365.
  • Advise management team and product owners on both commercial and operations side on high level product backlog and roadmap.
  • Responsible for monitoring the quality of tooling and software.
  • Manage all Service Level Agreements and licenses with external partners.
  • Responsible for availability, DNS registrations, technical performance, security, and data protection off our websites.
  • Manage our 3rd party for all Office IT; network, computers, security, phone network, data & privacy management, user management.
  • Budget responsible for tooling and Office IT.
  • Responsible for documenting (fitness for use) and sharing knowledge to make sure that our IT landscape is not dependent on single persons only.
  • Train and educate colleagues on IT software, application and tooling.

What will you bring:

  • Bachelor degree in IT or related work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 year working experience in IT and familiar with IT landscaping and different type of tooling. ERP knowledge is a plus.

Assistant Controller

Debit and Credit are the two most common words in your vocabulary. Bookkeeping does not have any secrets for you. You are able to provide a profit and loss account without even breaking your head around this.
As Assistant Controller you will be reporting directly to the Business Controller.

What will you be doing:

  • Responsible for accurate an timely bookkeeping.
  • Prepare financial reporting and closing processes, including monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Maintaining the monthly balance sheet dossier.
  • Checking and finalizing the income statement.
  • Maintenance Business Intelligence Models.
  • Prepare and provide daily reporting overview on sales numbers.
  • Assisting and preparing VAT returns.
  • Managing payment and banking processes.
  • Adding to the overall quality of the financial administration.

What will you bring:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or related work experience.
  • 1-3 year working experience in finance.
