An emollient blend of fatty acids often used in cosmetics to enhance coverage, water-resistance, and wear time. Diisostearyl polyglyceryl-3 dimer dilinoleate also functions as an emulsifier. It may be animal-derived or synthetic; Paula's Choice uses the latter.
