Betula Alba Juice description

_Betula alba_ juice is the sap from the birch tree. It is a good source of trace minerals like manganese as well as various amino acids, all of which make it a good natural hydrator for skin. More research is needed before we have a complete understanding of how the various nutrients in birch juice benefit skin. Unlike maple or most other types of sap, birch juice is clear and doesn’t have much flavour, it’s just slightly sweet.
