_Actinidia chinensis_ (kiwi) fruit extract is an excellent source of antioxidants for skin, including vitamin C and several polyphenols. The antioxidants in kiwi can help defend skin from the visible effects of airborne pollutants. Kiwi fruit is also a good source of the carotenoid antioxidant lutein.
