Thank you for submitting your review! It will be reviewed by our staff before it is posted.I really love this cleansing oil. It doesn't have that super-heavy olive oil feeling like some others, and the fact that it emulsifies once you add water helps to make sure everything washes away. After I use it my skin feels so good. Most face cleansers (even some PC cleansers) leave my face with some degree of a dry, stripped feeling, but my skin actually feels better after I use this than it did before. Very luxurious. Great product.I've given this oil three goes, and as much as I love how it cleanses and makes my skin feel, it really does sting your eyes:( I've tried removing eye makeup separately before using but I think it reacts especially if there's any trace of mascara left. I've tried it on non make up days and the stinging almost negligible but as these days are rare I'm sadly not going to repurchase.
Customer Care: Hello, and thank you for sharing your experience with us - we're sorry to hear this didn't work as expected for you! Please contact a member of our Customer Care team, who can assist you with a possible alternative.I like this oil but it's not the best one I've used. It effectively removes longwear foundation and I like the milky texture when water is added. It rinses well and although it's fragrance free, so it doesn't have a particularly nice fragrance, it does smell natural. I can't give it five stars though because for some reason I find my eyes sting after using it, even when I have used a separate eye-makeup remover. I try not to use it directly on the eye area, but it's impossible to avoid it altogether if you rinse with water. I wouldn't repurchase because of this as I don't have this problem with other brands of cleansing oil.I love this product. It feels great on your skin, removes make really well and leaves skin feeling refreshed, clean and soft. A new favourite product for my oily breakout prone skin. Used with the other resist products and the exfoliant is amazing. This oil is beautiful! I use one pump on dry skin and it removes all my stubborn foundation mascara and lipstick melts away and then when I sense of am left with really soft squeaky clean skin wothout it feeling stripped. Even my boyfriend loves It! I love the packaging really simple and classy. I use it every evening and follow with the omega complex serum and a dab of organic shea butter before bed. I'm 31 but still get IDd and mistaken for a student at work lol! Thankyou Paula's choice this is a keeper! This cleanser is pretty perfect. It has enough 'slip' to give your face a good massage (I've found some oil cleansers sink into the skin and disappear, but this doesn't). I tend to remove it with a flannel soaked in warm water, but occasionally in the morning I just rinse with water and haven't got any breakouts from doing that, so it rinses off well. I wouldn't say it smells great to me (a bit fishy when I splash my face with water, which I don't like), but it doesn't smell terrible either. That doesn't sound too glowing, I know, but on the whole I like that PC don't use artificial fragrance so I can't complain! Even with that small niggle, I'd choose it over any other cleanser I've tried (including Eve Lom, Emma Hardie, Oskia, Clinique, and many more).I have used Liz Earle cleanse and polish for many years and have been devoted to it- but not anymore! It was an impulse buy and I am so glad I did!I love the way it makes my skin feel clean with no feeling of residue or dryness. Again another excellent product from Paula!Thank you so much for adding this product. I have just started using it and absolutely love it. The oil becomes milky when you mix it with water which I really like. The product is very good at removing my foundation so I am using it in the evenings, while I keep using my Skin Recovery Cleanser in the morning.

What makes Perfect Cleansing Oil different from other cleansers from Paula's Choice?
It is the only oil-based cleanser in our collection. The innovative mix of sunflower coconut, meadowfoam, jojoba and grape seed oils come together to cleanse as well as replenish skin. When mixed with water the oil forms a milky emulsion that removes stubborn make-up and impurities.
Why does the Perfect Cleansing Oil have transparent packaging? I thought Paula always said clear packaging is not good for ingredients?
The Perfect Cleansing Oil is packaged in an innovative clear bottle that has a UV coating this stops ingredients being broken down by light.
