Thank you for submitting your review! It will be reviewed by our staff before it is posted.I've been using this since 2004 when I found PC. It's been a constant part of my routine since then because it's effective and leaves my skin feeling soft and soothed. Since 2011 I've been using it as my only cleanser. With its discontinuation this year I will either need to stock up when I'm in the US or switch to something else, but this will be a big change to my routine!
Customer Care: Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment about the discontinuation of this product, we're really sorry about that. Please have a look at our Gentle Cleansing Cloths and Perfect Cleansing Oil as an alternative.after using samples I am fully converted and buying a big bottle. I have used a few of paula's choice stuff and been impressed.. but until now I haven't been driven to write a review xD if anyone else knows what its like to try and remove estee lauder double wear foundation that's been powdered and on all day.. you know the struggle is real with taking your face off at night. I have done micellar water, baby oil, cleansing twice or 3 times, and even just using powerful eye makeup remover all over my face. NOTHING, is as good as this. I can literally use a 2p coin amount on a cotton pad and it will remove nearly everything. eyeliner, mascara.. the lot. Double wear is notoriously hard to take off.. even on my oil slick nose and forehead. it disappears. literally melts off with the most softest touch where I would usually be rubbing and dragging and irritating my skin. the slight oily feeling is barely there if you use a small amount which is all you need. and cleanse my face after anyway. as a plus, non-irritating to the eyes and didn't leave my peeling my eyelids apart in the morning and wiping away crusty gunk like some eye makeup removers or cleaners do.. totally worth it. 18 quid for a makeup remover seems a bit excessive but I bet my first big bottle will last me at least 4 months. SO GOOD.Did a thorough job of removing my makeup but I didn't enjoy using it because of the typical eye makeup remover greasy texture. My normal PC cleanser does a great job of removing makeup anyway, so I'll continue using that on its own.I was really looking forward to trying this out as I have been reading Paula Begoun's reviews on beautypedia and thought that this would be the ideal makeup remover as it is essentially made by her. I made the worst skincare mistake by buying a bottle of this and other samples of her products. My eyes stung me so much as soon as I used this to remove my mascara. It also didn't even do a very good job at removing it and I had to go back to using my Clarins remover as it is far gentler and more effective. Customer Care: Thank you for informing us about your findings .We are sorry to hear this product did not work well for you but are happy to hear you have found another option that does work better! Feel free to check out Paula's reviews on Beautypedia to see what other products she suggests that you may try. Please contact customer care with any questions. This is the best eye make-up remover I have used. I have sensitive eyes but do not have any problem with this and I find it removes even the most stubborn mascara. I have used other eye make=up removers in the past including those highly rated on Beautipedia, but I always come back to this. Great product!

Frequently asked questions
I have eyelash extensions, is this eye makeup remover suitable for me?
Although this is a non-greasy and very mild remover, we do not recommend using it if you have lash extensions. The silicone formula makes it very effective at removing makeup, but with frequent use, we cannot guarantee that your lash extensions will remain intact. We recommend that you follow the aftercare instructions given to you by your beauty therapist.
I already use a Paula’s Choice facial cleanser, do I also need to use this makeup remover?
It depends on your personal preference. Paula's Choice cleansers are all mild enough to remove your eye makeup, but if you use heavier or longer lasting makeup, you may find it easier to use a separate makeup remover.
