Why is it not letting me log in?

I have an account registered on your site, but after I login it keeps saying I have entered an invalid email/password combination. Why is it not letting me login?
Please check and ensure your Caps Lock is not on. Also check and make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of your email and password.
