Do pumps and spray pumps come with the products?
Pumps and spray pumps are sold separately for those who prefer them. The products can be easily used without them.

What makes the Paula's Choice pump unique?
One great feature of our pump is that it "locks" with a simple twist which stops the flow of product. This minimizes waste by making it impossible to press down the dispenser so your product will not spill during travel or accidental pressure. To use this feature, simply click the white top portion of the pump clockwise. To open the "lock," turn the top of the pump counter-clockwise in the direction that is shown on the top.

My pump is too long for the bottle. Can I fix it?
Yes, you can cut off the bottom with scissors so that it is short enough to fit the bottle (be careful of the trimmed piece flying in an unexpected direction when cut). Make sure to leave it long enough to touch the bottom (or almost the bottom) of the bottle. Please Note: Pumps and spray pumps work only with bottles, not tubes.

My pump is clogged. What should I do?
To keep your pump or spray pump from clogging, occasionally remove it and pump through warm water.
