When is my order shipped?

We ship daily (on all weekdays) to all EU destinations. If payment for your order is confirmed before noon on a weekday, your order will generally be processed and shipped the same or the next business day. Parcels are shipped with track and trace facility. Sample-only orders are shipped by priority mail.
