How do I place an order?

Our ordering process is simple, which makes it easy for you to place your order. After you have placed your order, we retain the information given to us by you for future use. This means that for future orders you do not have to enter this information again.

Placing an order – New customers.
Placing an order for the first time at Paula's Choice Europe is easy. Please follow the process below to order our products on-line.

1.Click the product you wish to purchase
You can click the picture or click the ‘details’ button of the product that you wish to purchase to go to the product page. On this product page you will find a detailed description of the product.

2. Click the button "Add this to your shopping basket "
Some products require choosing size first. You will see the products that are placed in your shopping basket together with the number you wish to order, the name, the price per item, your discount and the total price of this product.
You now have a number of options:

If you choose to change the number of items, you use this field to enter the correct number after which you click ‘enter’ or ‘change number of items’
If you wish to remove an item, you click [x] next to the product.
You will NOT be asked to confirm that you wish to remove this item.

Once you are certain about your order, you can place your order by clicking ‘confirm your order’ and make your payment.

3. Click on ‘place your order’.
Before you can place your order, you need to click our general terms and condition button. Then click 'place your order'. You now will be sent to a page where you can login to confirm you order.

4. Email address
Here you enter your email address and a password of your choosing. Click the ‘continue’ button. Make sure you have spelled your email address correctly so that we can contact you about the status of your order.

5. Billing address
At the following page you will be asked for the billing address. If you wish to have the order sent to a different delivery address, you can indicate this here by ticking the appropriate button. If you do so, you will be sent to a page where you can enter the details of the delivery address after you click ‘continue.

6. Click continue
To go to the shipping/method of payment page. We offer a number of payment options. Please be careful to select the proper payment method. Click ‘continue’ to place your order and to pay.

7. Enter you payment details.
After you have entered these details and you have confirmed your payment, you will be sent to our ‘confirmation page’. On this page you will find the details of your order as well as your order number. We will also send you an email with the details of your order.
